King & McCleary is a tax and accounting firm founded in 2002 in American Fork, Utah. Steve King and Matt McCleary left Big 4 firms — Ernst & Young and KPMG — to build something smaller, more personal, and still technically excellent. More than 20 years later, it remains exactly that. As part of the Baysora family of firms, K&M operates with the same core identity: Big 4 backgrounds, local relationships, and no unnecessary overhead between the client and the people doing the work.
